About
The office is established to facilitate administrative affairs, human resource management, staff support exercising a supervisory role and is formed based on the latest organizational structure consisting of the recruitment department and secretariat department. This department is trying to play a role in line with the goals and responsibilities of ARI.

Vision:- Creating a spirit of dynamism, and accountability in providing administrative and managerial services and increasing the efficiency of staff
- Making the employees familiar with the principles, rules and regulations of the administration and improving the level of services for staff and other clients
Mission and goals:
Planning, organizing, and supervising the proper execution of administrative duties and activities, human resource management based on meritocracy and justice, and uniting the administrative performance and human resource development

This office puts the general policies announced by ACECR and upstream documents such as 20 Year National Vision of Iran, the National Comprehensive Scientific Map of Iran and development plans at the forefront of its activities to achieve the following goals:
Staff responsibilities in subgroups
- Ensuring the maintenance and promotion of capable and efficient human resources
- Development and maintenance of human and physical resources
- Creating the necessary ground for the optimal use of knowledge assets and experience of employees
- Full supervision over the proper implementation of decrees, regulations, circulars, administrative approvals, welfare
- Reducing administrative service delivery time by mechanizing administrative systems and integrating administrative services
- Reforming the organizational structure and promoting organizational productivity
- Upgrading the level of information and utilization of new technologies
- Honoring the client
- Modification of procedures
- Accepting and reviewing proposals
- Continuous improvement of activities
- Carrying out employment of faculty members and administrative staff, issuing rulings related to recruitment, promotion, leave, mission and retirement
- Archiving and preserving all directives, laws, regulations, and bylaws related to recruitment
- Participation in meetings related to staff budgeting
- Preparing and archiving employees’ records and profiles
- Holding employees’ welfare programs
- Teaching administrative issues and human resources principles to employees
- Carrying out relevant procedures regarding selection of employees
- Implementation of national employment laws and regulations
- Monitoring the entry and exit of employees
- Implementation of a plan for promotion of experts and managers
- Archiving documents related to employees
- Following up the employment needs and announcing them according to the vacant organizational positions
