Office of Research Affairs

In line with the tasks assigned to the Deputy of Research and Technology of Avicenna Research Institute, the office organizes all procedures in planning, approving, and implementing projects, monitoring the project implementation process based on project schedule, monitoring the project judging process, monitoring the project final preparation report, searching for grants to implement the confirmed projects in cooperation with research institutes and other organizations, organizing the scientific publications of the faculty members of the institute including articles and abstracts of papers, supervising and documenting the publications of the faculty members of the institute based on approved regulations, arrangement of the meetings of the scientific council and ethics committee, and preparing the final resolutions drafted by committee members.
In order to facilitate the research performance of the researchers at ARI, the office has designed and launched a database for registering research projects of faculty members in cooperation with the Information Technology Office of ARI so that members can quickly register their ideas to update and organize their research projects and articles.
Obtaining the forms and documents related to the projects, articles, or abstracts of papers is possible only from the internal network of the institute and through the research information database (Saman Pajooh).
