Promoting education (In its general sense) is now considered a high-yield, long-term investment. In addition to the ongoing training that every government is undoubtedly responsible for, providing specialized job training is one of the most basic tasks in managing the affairs of any organization. The effect of training in improving occupational skills has been fully proven and this effect can be well seen in advanced companies and organizations.
The need for inextricable bond and association between programs, subject rubrics, and educational materials requires that educational programs be systematic, favoring specific and achievable goals. The more the employees' knowledge and skills are in line with the needs of society, scientific advances and technological changes, the higher the degree of confidence in the success of the individual and the organization. Sometimes, personal growth, motivation, expertise, and avoiding inactivity are the key to innovation and knowledge acquisition. The basis of organizational improvement, also called as organizational development and maturity, is the improvement of human resources, which is done in different ways (pre-service and in-service training) in organizations. Staff training development is considered one of the best achievements of an organization as it develops perceptual skills, builds and strengthens self-confidence, fosters creativity, improves teamwork, cultivates conscience, applies change, offers job and specialized training, ethics training and causes self-realization.
On the one hand, a strong and efficient human resources system is essential in practice for every organization. Training and diverse programs should be considered fundamental factors in the career and financial advancement of employees, so that, firstly, meritocracy becomes ingrained in the promotion system; secondly, individual and organizational productivity, which is a primary goal of any organization, is increased; and thirdly, job satisfaction of employees, which significantly affects personal and organizational well-being, is improved. On the other hand, systematizing the educational framework within the organization will lead to increased motivational resources for employees.
